All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. If the product is not in stock, it usually takes up to 2 weeks to process and manufacture your order. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.

We ship our filters exclusively via UPS. Shipping cost and time for a carrier are calculated on the checkout page.

Please note:

  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.

  • Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Need to check on your order? 

 Follow these easy steps:

  1. Find your Order Number: This number was included in your order confirmation email. Enter the same email address that received the Confirmation.

  2. Find your Tracking Number: This number may also be in your order confirmation email, or it may be provided separately.

  3. Enter the information: Type your Order Number and/or Tracking Number into the fields above.

  4. Track! Click the "TRACK" button to see the current status of your shipment.

Change your address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at sales@filtrationpoint.com  or Call Us at +1 888 442 9959. Please note we process orders within one business day of your order being placed. 

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.

Unexpected Delays

The delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG (and outside of our advised 2-4 business day delivery time frame) to arrive, and we will help you resolve any situation we have control over!

Parcel damaged in transit:

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
