What is your shipping policy and turnaround time?

We strive to process and ship all orders within two weeks of receiving the orders. Some filter orders take additional time due to large quantities or unusual circumstances. In those situations, we will keep you informed about any major delays.

How do I qualify for free ground shipping?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $1,500 — a great way to save on your purchase. In the rare event that additional freight charges apply (such as for oversized or unusually large cartons), we’ll let you know before shipping. See below for more details on our shipping policy.

How do I get volume discounts?

Our website automatically applies volume discounts right in your shopping cart, so you’ll always see your savings before checkout. For very large orders (100+ filters), we may be able to offer additional discounts — just reach out to us for details.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been processed?

Our warehouse moves fast! Often times, orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours, so it’s not always possible to make address changes in time.
If you spot an error, email us as soon as possible with your name and order number — we’ll do everything we can to fix it before your package goes out.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we can’t guarantee changes, but we will always try to help.

How long is the processing period?

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes  0-20 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we will ship it.

Will my order come in one package?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that may arrive 1~2 business days apart.

Out of stock/Backordered items?

If any of your items are out of stock, we will email you to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out. If the purchased items are not likely to be restocked within two weeks, we will give you the option of a refund for those products.

How can I change my address?

Our warehouse staff are super quick, so if you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to catch your package before it departs.

There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We apologize that your shipment did not arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and manufactured, we will ship it out. We will send you notification that your order has shipped and we will send you tracking information at that time. 

Why isn't my tracking number working? 

Tracking numbers often work best directly on the shipping carrier’s website. Once your order ships and you receive your tracking number, you can use it to follow your package’s progress right on the carrier’s site.

What should I do if an item in my order is missing or damaged?

If any items in your order are missing or damaged, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
